The Doctor starts in Division 1 and drives a red and white car (which looks almost exactly like Rookie from Destruction Derby 2). He does not have any particular competence, but is not a bad driver either.
Scoring points out of him makes him say "You'll pay for that!".
He did not make it into the second game.
